        It depends. Weddings and other large-scale events are often planned a year or more in advance because the most popular venues in Southern California book quickly. We’ve also planned celebrations that were completely last minute. Contact us and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule.

        Currently, our event planning services are only offered in Southern California. We work primarily with cities in Los Angeles County, but on occasion will travel to Orange County and San Diego as well.

        Hiring someone to help plan and coordinate takes the pressure off friends and family, while placing the emphasis on your personal wishes (rather than what they might think looks best). Plus, we’ve found family and friends like to join in the celebration too rather than coordinating people’s schedules and dealing with multiple vendors.

        Venue coordinators work for the venue only. They oversee the property and the property’s on-site staff, and may need to take care of other issues during your event. An event coordinator focuses on your specific needs and wants only. They act as a liaison between you and all of your vendors (not just the venue) so your Big Day will be a success.
